This shin guard by Adidas has two protectors built into one, and therefore two different ways you could possibly wear it! The detachable instep guard allows you to wear it however you prefer dependent on what kind of training you are doing. Ergonomically designed with EVA foam padding and reinforced with leather (EVA foam is renowned as being soft, as well as tough yet keeping a good flexibility, and therefore a material found in most training equipment).
