We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however in the unlikely event you are not satisfied or simply would like to return your order please do so within 20 days of receiving the order. Please let us know via email or phone you will be returning your order or part of your order. Please include the original invoice/packing slip that was included inside of the box with order and a note stating that this is a return. This ensures a much faster refund. If the package shows up and we have no other information it could cause a delay in your refund. We will take a 15% re-stocking fee minus the ship/handling rate on all returns. All returns must be in the same condition they were sent in (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging). Sorry, we do not accept returns on books, videos, groin cups, mouth guards, & training mats & custom embroidery. If you ordered something from us in an unusually high quantity or something we had to outsource for you, then the sale will be final. We also do not accept returns on used or damaged items, under any circumstance, sorry! Shipping is not refundable and we do not pay for shipping an order back.
Please note that on the uniforms with drawstring pants, the top waistband must not be pulled or wrinkled. Once this is done, the uniform is not considered brand new and we will not accept them back. Pants must be tried on without pulling the tie strings !!
Once we have received merchandise we'll inspect the merchandise and issue a refund check for the purchase price of the item minus 15% within 4-6 days (sorry shipping non refundable). PLEASE WRITE ON THE INVOICE THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.
Exchange Policy - We can make exchanges on items that are still brand new, unused, unwashed, have original packaging and can be sold for full price. Send item back to our store in New York with copy of original invoice and a note stating what you prefer instead. We do not take a 15% re-stocking fee on exchanges. However, we will charge you a re-ship fee to send back the product to your location. On all uniforms, make sure that the pants strings are not pulled. This causes the top waist material to bunch up and it’s not considered brand new. We do not do exchanges for books, videos, & groin cups. Customer will be responsible for send items back to our location for returns & exchanges.
