We recommend only purchasing shield (Century or ProForce) as cheaper targets will often rip quickly. The Slammer has a concave shape so you smoothly and safely catch slightly upward or downward strikes.

Focus targets are small targets, usually held by a partner or instructor that help you develop your accuracy. We recommend only purchasing quality targets as cheaper targets will often rip quickly. Makiwara boards, iron palm bags and kime bags are used to toughen the hand, knuckles and fingers.
